Hey again everyone! I'm just getting around to sharing some updates as they occurred over the weekend.

Mini Visit

Firstly, we had the chance to make a brief visit to the facility now that general renovations are finally completed. It looks great; clean, spacious, and well lit. In the future we will need to put in some more power and a 220 socket or two to support future technologies like a waterjet or HAAS mill. Here are some clips from that visit

Lease Signing

Not much to say here except we have our fingers crossed to be signing the lease and taking the keys on Monday! As soon as that happens we will officially take ownership of the space and can begin the process of moving in and setting it up as we like. This will be a huge step forward.

Layout Drafts

I've spent some time drafting out potential layouts and would like to share them! I've got a few going but only one is really in a shareable state right now. I've done my best to label important things in the image below. Take it all with a big grain of salt! Not much is nailed down in this draft. The few things that we are, however, just about set on are the retail/makerspace divisions and front desk locations.
